This well-maintained boat is an excellent day-sailor and short-term overnighter. It’s a classic proven design by Bill Crealock, with twin keels for excellent tracking and stability on all points of sail. The lower profile makes trailering and launching easier, and the complications of a drop-keel are avoided. We’ve enjoyed many wonderful summers of sailing on Ghost Lake, but this freshwater boat has also been as far as Great Slave lake and the Northern shore of Lake Superior.
The tall rig configuration allows the boom to ride well above the deck, affording excellent visibility at all times (and avoids those bumps on the head!).The boat also comes with a “pop-top” which allows the roof of the cabin to be raised and fitted with a windowed enclosure for more comfort on overnight trips.

The boat is available for viewing at Ghost Lake Recreations, 15 minutes West of Cochrane, where winter storage and seasonal moorage can be arranged.
